Following the demise of PowWow waters in March, there have been a few companies who have claimed to have taken over PowWow. Now it has emerged that another very large water company have indeed bought the bottled water coolers and equipment..but that’s all.. Whilst they might try and bluff you into thinking the contracts are still live ..
They are not
None of the stranded clients have any liability to any companies… Whilst they need water… it is time for those companies to leave behind the woes of PowWow and start a fresh. The size of PowWow and its poor service was one of the main reasons for their downfall, it is widely believed that moving from one large company to another would be jumping out of the frying pan straight into the fire (in terms of customer service and quality of water coolers.)
We here at Natural Welsh Water would urge you to move away from these large national companies, to a more personal company. We are a family run company providing an award winning service to a variety of clients… these all receive the same high standard of service and you could be one of them…
