This Gold package includes two six monthly sanitisation and two filter changes in accordance with EPDWA regulations. If you own a watercooler this should be done as an essential part of your water cooler care and to ensure hygiene standards. If a water cooler purchased through us breaks down during the first year, the call out charges and parts are free unless its damaged by yourselves, if the cooler can not be repaired on site we will remove it and take it back to the workshop and leave you a replacement cooler so you won't be without water .
If the cooler is not supplied by us and can not be repaired on site we will remove it and take it back to the workshop and leave you a replacement cooler and when repaired it will be reinstalled within two weeks, all parts are charagable collection and delivery are FOC. Our Gold service package costs customers £199 per year per water cooler.
