It’s Official......Oswestry’s Best Loved!!!!

Oswestry business owners will be no strangers to “The Best of Oswestry” website which as the name suggests celebrates the “best” of the businesses in the Oswestry region.

A recent campaign on the site was launched to coincide with Valentine’s Day whereby businesses were asked to fill in testimonials for the “most loved” business in the region.

Winner of the “Best Loved” business in 2011 was Natural Welsh Water with a staggering 114 testimonials in a 14 day period.

On hearing the news, Mike Webb Managing Director of Natural Welsh Water said: “This is fantastic news, especially as this is voted for by our customers.” “We set great store by the quality and service we deliver and it’s wonderful to see that it is appreciated by the people that really matter.”

“We know the competition is just a bit of fun, but people have still taken the trouble to put pen to paper and vote for us and that is really gratifying” says Mike. “It does show us that the trouble we take to look after people is recognised.”

Never one to miss an opportunity, Mike then went on to say: “I would like people to ask themselves: Would I take the trouble to put pen to paper for my cooler and water provider? – If not perhaps I should talk to Natural Welsh Water and see why their customers do!”

Nothing was too much trouble and the service was great.

I was unhappy with Angel Springs and fed up with there poor service I called Cold water coolers and they came back to me within an hour and saved me over £400 a year.

It was nice to speak to some one who cares and the guy I spoke to went out of his way to help me ..I wish all my suppliers where as good as this company
