DIRECT CHILL Direct chill is a simple and very effective cooling system that allows you to chill water through two separated coils. The first one is made of stainless steel and makes sure that the water you drink is constantly refrigerated by the gas of the second coil which is made of copper. Direct chill means you don’t have any bacteria proliferation because the water is always in constant motion.
ICE BANK The Ice bank is a highly performing and cooling system in order to have total hygiene of the water you drink. The refrigeration is possible because of a tank full of water containing two coils which are both immersed into what we call “technical water”. The first coil is for water and the other one for refrigerant gas. The water in the tank is chilled by the cold emitted by the refrigerant gas and in turn this water chills the water to be dispensed. Thanks to this system we can chill large amounts of water and keep a constant temperature.
