After years of building up their large customer base with strong sales pitches and a supposed “setting the standard for superior service” it has all finally come to an end for the Powwow customers and the Powwow workforce- leaving their poor quality water coolers dry.
This unfortunate revelation is something which has been largely in anticipation not only from Powwow customers but also other water cooler companies. With concern that the large number of Powwow customer’s water coolers will be empty, we are here to offer a helping hand to all those Powwow customers who need any water due to the circumstances.

Here are the answers to many POWWOW customers’ questions:
Q: What about my contract?
A: Now that POWWOW have gone into administration they will not be providing any more service, despite any contract which you may be in- they will now almost certainly be void...
Q: How would we know that the contracts are void if they haven't been in contact?
A: Your contract would have been at least for the supply of water and regular sanitisation- this means that in turn for your payment- they have a responsibility to provide you with what they are contracted to- once not able to do this, they are in breach of this contract- therefore leaving you free of liability!
Q: If we were to sign up with you, what will happen to the POWWOW coolers?
A: Now that they have been taken into administration, we understand that the administrators will come to pick up the cooler within the next 6 weeks or so- therefore leaving you without a cooler or water.
