Powwow goes into administration - Updates:

It is reported that over 50,000 customers of the struggling water cooler company Powwow have been left high and dry now that the company called in administrators Deloitte on 26th March 2010.

Many organisations will be affected by this news as they will not receive any water deliveries and Powwow equipment will not be maintained.

After months of speculation, years of poor customer service and numerous shifts in ownership - POWWOW have finally done the expected and passed their water and water cooler company on to the administrators. After years of building up their large customer base with strong sales pitches and a supposed “setting the standard for superior service” it has all finally come to an end for the POWWOW customers and the POWWOW workforce- leaving their poor quality water coolers dry.

This has left around 50,000 POWWOW customers out of the loop without any water this is down to the fact that the vans have all been withdrawn, the drivers are out of work and the water coolers will be picked up shortly. This has meant that extreme measures are needed- here at Natural Welsh Water we have taken on extra staff to be able to provide POWWOW customers with water and water coolers in the Interim.

POWWOW will not be delivering any water, will not be servicing any water coolers and all POWWOW water cooler contracts are now void.

This unfortunate revelation is something which has been largely in anticipation not only from POWWOW customers but also other water cooler companies. With concern that the large number of POWWOW customer’s water coolers will be empty, we are here to offer a helping hand to all those POWWOW customers who need any water due to the circumstances.
